Return Policy

We hope you love your Plové pieces.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • with all original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@plovewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and you’ll need to arrange your own trackable shipping label.
We recommend using a reliable courier, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.
In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • sale items or gift cards

  • final sale items

  • custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
