EU Right of Withdrawal · 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This page lets you start that process quickly and easily.

To withdraw, use the button below. You will be asked to confirm your details and then confirm the withdrawal on a second step. Once confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement by email with the date and time of your request.

What you'll need

Your name and your order reference number (shown in your order confirmation email).

Good to know

The 14-day period starts the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, it starts when the last item is received. Certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law. If you have already used or worn an item, a deduction may apply for any diminished value.
